  • How long are the delivery times?

    The shipping of your order takes place in two steps: preparation and delivery.
    We undertake to prepare and ship your order on the same day if it is received before 12 pm (except on weekends and public holidays). If your order is received after 12 pm, it will be shipped the next day (except on weekends and public holidays).
    Our shipping partner Colissimo offers home delivery and delivery to collection points; delivery times are between 48 and 72 hours for deliveries to Metropolitan France.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

    We offer free shipping on purchases of €49 or more for orders to Metropolitan France.

  • Do you deliver abroad?

    We deliver to all countries in the European Union as well as to the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM).

  • Customs and import duties

    For orders to Metropolitan France and countries in the European Union, no customs or import duties apply.

    For orders with the following destinations:
    - French Overseas Departments (Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Mayotte...)
    - French Overseas Territories & Collectivities (New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, St. Pierre and Miquelon, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, French Southern and Antarctic Lands...).
    - Non-EU countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Andorra, ...)
    You must pay customs duties upon arrival according to the VAT rates applicable in your territory; additional fees may also apply depending on the local situation.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We accept payments by credit card and PayPal.

  • Can I pay in 3 or 4 installments free of charge?

    We offer interest-free installment payments via credit card in 3 or 4 installments for orders with a minimum value of €90.
    Select this payment method when completing your order. However, please ensure that your credit card does not expire within the next three months.

  • Why was my payment declined?


    First, please follow these tips:
    - Ensure that you have correctly entered the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card.
    - Try the payment again and make sure to complete the 3D Secure process correctly.

    If all information is correct and your payment is still declined, the rejection may have come from your bank:
    - Invalidity of your card: It has expired or has been blocked.
    - You have exceeded your available spending limit.
    - You have a card with a dynamic security code; these do not allow for interest-free installment payments.
    - Your payment may have been classified as suspicious (suspected fraud) by your bank.
    - You did not follow the 3D Secure procedure; this varies by bank (one-time security code, confirmation via mobile banking app, etc.).
    - You have not yet set up your 3D Secure account with your bank for secure online shopping.

    If the payment error persists, we ask you to contact your bank to receive further information.

  • Do you accept American Express (Amex) cards?

    We are sorry, but currently Warmcook.com does not accept payments with American Express (Amex) cards. We are constantly working to expand our payment options to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.

Returns & refunds.

  • How long is the return period?

    The period for returning a product is 14 days from the delivery date of your product.

  • How do I initiate a return?

    To make a return, you must log in to your customer account. On the detail page of the relevant order, select the product you wish to return. Remember to provide the reason and an explanation for your return request. Finally, click on the "Return product" button. We strive to process your request as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours (except on weekends and public holidays). Returns due to a defective product or a delivery error are covered by PIKA°; in all other cases, the customer bears the return costs.

  • How long does the refund take after returning my product?

    Once we have received your product, we will initiate the refund within six working days.

  • Can I return a product if I change my mind after using it?

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your package, please note that for any returned product that has already been used, a deduction of 20% will be applied to the refund amount. This deduction reflects the depreciation of the item resulting from its use.

    We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the quality and integrity of our stock. Therefore, we recommend that you inspect the product carefully before use to avoid deductions from your refund.
